I can’t believe how long I went along accepting the idea that I would always have some sort of back and neck pain. I figure have back and neck pain was just a part of life and a result of my rigorous exercise program. I was wrong. When I began seeing Dr. Chris I almost immediately noticed a difference in how my neck and back felt. My exercise performance has improved dramatically.
